Welcome to Jeevdhaari Keraliya Ayurveda Inc. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, jeevdhaari.ca (the “Site”), and the services we offer.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

The content on this Site, including text, graphics, images, articles, and other material, is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The services provided by Jeevdhaari Keraliya Ayurveda Inc. are complementary to and not a replacement for conventional medical care. 2. Use of the Website

This Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us. We provide information about our Ayurvedic services and allow users to book consultations and therapies.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all its content—including source code, text, logos, graphics, photographs, and icons (collectively, the “Content”)—are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws of Canada. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or otherwise use any of the Content without our prior written permission.

4. Booking, Payments, and Cancellation Policy

Our clinic operates on a scheduled appointment basis. Our policies are designed to ensure that we can provide the best possible care to all our clients.

• Booking: Appointments can be booked through our online system or by contacting us directly. To secure your appointment, payment may be required at the time of booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email or communication from us.

• Payments: We accept payment via Credit Card, Debit Card, eTransfer. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

• Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice.

  • Cancellations made with more than 48 Hours notice will be fully refunded or rescheduled without penalty.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 Hours notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment (“no-show”) will result in the full service fee being charged.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client. The full fee for the originally booked service will still apply.

• Refunds: All services rendered are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us directly within 7 days to discuss your concerns. Refunds for prepaid packages or services not yet rendered will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our cancellation policy.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Attempt to impersonate another user or person.

• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or the networks connected to the Site.

• Use any information obtained from the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

6. Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to other websites (“Third-Party Websites”). These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for the content or privacy practices of these Third-Party Websites.

These Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice, to deny access to and use of the Site to any person for any reason, including for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Terms.

The Site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. You agree that your use of the Site and our services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and your use thereof.

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
